Policies

Payment Policy

All fees are due upon registration. Payment may be made by cheque, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or cash.

A $15 service charge will apply to all NSF cheques. HST is applicable for all students aged 15 and up and is not included in the fees. (HST # 11930-7254-RT0001)

Cancellation Policy

If a registration is cancelled, the fee for the session, minus a $25 administration fee, will be refunded only if we are notified two weeks before the session begins. No refund will be issued after this time. This applies to all classes, specialty programs and camps.

Late Registration Policy

Summer Drama Camp

We will sometimes accept late registrations on a case-by-case basis, and in consultation with the teacher. The summer program is an intensive program and a lot of group-work and trust-building is embedded within the first few classes.

Fall/Winter/Spring classes

We will accept late registrations untill the third class of each session. As with the summer program, a lot of group-work and trust-building is embedded within the first few classes.

The Winter and Spring sessions build upon the previous session.  We recommend that students attend all three sessions to get the most out of the program. However, we recognize that many students can attend only one or two sessions and our teachers accommodate the fact that each session has a percentage of new-comers.

March Break Camps

We will sometimes accept late registrations on a case-by-case basis, and in consultation with the teacher.  In all cases we will not accept any late registrations after the second class of the week.
